Grain fractionation and sorting

Grain sizing is performed to separate grain by size and thus allow its effective hulling that provides maximum safety for whole kernels. The technical level of sizing equipment and its features determine the output, quality and competitiveness of the finished product. The sifting machines and sieves manufactured by SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” also sort cereal hull products, separating unhulled grains, and control processed products, removing crushed grain and finely ground shell particles. While sorting cereal hull products sizing machines remove unhulled grains from buckwheat, rice and oatmeal.
