According to the data of Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the export of Ukrainian goods in August this year increased by 25%. This is the highest figure since the beginning of the military aggression against Ukraine. Grain and sunflower oil accounted for a significant part of the turnover.
The exported goods also include technological equipment. In particular, the company «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» regularly produces and ships equipment for grain processing in Europe, as well as to the east - to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Three customers received the technological equipment of SIC «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» In August. The next batch of equipment for the large project – oats cereal mill with universal flakes processing line, and separate equipment and spare parts for updating technological capabilities have been supplied that time.
This batch includes the following machines:
- De-awners ЦОС-1, designed to remove awns and fluff from oats and barley grain at cereal mills;
- Destoners РЗ-БКТ-100, designed for cleaning grain from mineral impurities by dry method, complete with other types of equipment at grain processing enterprises;
- Impact dehullers СІМО ЦШС-3 – original equipment of company SIC "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD", designed for high performance oats, spelled, soybeans and sunflower grain hulling with simultaneous shaking and winnowing a part of fibres and hull, for corn crush to select germinable seeds;
- Steamers ПЗ-6, designed for hydrothermal processing of several cereal grain for dehulling coefficient increases, as well as the quality, yield and consumer properties of cereals;
- Flaking mills ПС-600, designed to flatten cereals and hulled grains while manufacturing oatmeal, buckwheat, pearl barley, finely ground barley, corn, wheat, rice and other flakes;
- Drum dryers БС-1 of continuous motion, it is designed for mixing of several cereal flakes and for obtaining a mixture of 4, 5 or more types of flakes with the addition of dried fruits;
- Screening machine ЦС-1 is designed to control various products of grain processing (oats husk, buckwheat, sunflower seeds in order to extract from it valuable feed waste, bran flour, small particles of the kernel, hairs of pubescence (oats) and obtain clean husks for burning it in steam boilers;
- Gate valves ДУ-200 for the Steamer ПЗ-1, rotors, Seed moving machines НРХ etc.
