Peas shelling machine in operation

Recently we've told about some new interesting projects from SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” in Czech. One of them is pea cereal production line, which fully based on our technological equipment. Now, after range of measures before commissioning works, namely: equipment supply, installation of the steel framework for the equipment location, installation of the main and additional equipment and communications as specified in the project documentation and assembling works in common, the line successfully has been started-up.

Peas shelling machine СІМО ЦШС-3 (02) has place the main position in this line. It's a base functioning author's equipment from SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” which can carry out the peas peeling and splitting it into two halves at the same time.

As we said earlier, fine tuning and detailed adjustments were made on the installed equipment as necessary works in idle mode and with trial batches of grain before commissioning. The results were completely satisfactory to the customer. By the way, our leading designers periodically work on improving the Peas shelling machine. In spite of all the successful period of this equipment's existence without any complaints, our specialists do not miss the opportunity to modernize the peeling machine, thereby we can keep the brand of the most efficient machine in its field with a very high yield of finished products.

At the end of May, one of the enterprises with our production facilities demonstrated the operation of the modernized Peas shelling machine. The representatives of a large cereal company in Poltava region came with their own raw product (peas) for the practical experiment and demonstration in this case. Perfect result is amazing as always, because peeled pea is bright nature colour (no matt) and halves of the peas has ideal smooth edges without any scratch.
