Export of technological equipment to Slovakia

The activity of European partners and customers suggests that equipment from SIC "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD" has occupied the niche of an authoritative stable company that produces high-quality efficient equipment for processing grain into cereals, flakes and flour.

In the middle of August, our company supplied to Slovakia the following technological equipment:

• Air vibration dryer УСХ;
• Roll huller СГР-600 for buckwheat processing;
• Spare quick wear parts for Roll huller – roller, abrasive and rubber decks.

Air vibration dryer УСХ is designed for drying grain flakes of various crops by convection drying after flaking on the flattening machine. It may also be used to collect surface moisture after cereal steaming and grain dehulling, at groats mills and grain flake production lines. It is continuous motion machine. The dryer can be supplied as standard or with additional configuration:

• Electric or steam heaters;
• Fans for air supply and outlet;
• Thermometer to determine the temperature;
• Manometers in heaters and drying chamber of dryer;
• Cyclone for air cleaning.

Roll hullers СГР are used to process buckwheat. If the machine has installed rubber decks, it is used to process millet and lentil.
