Kazakhstan increases grain processing volumes: new equipment

Kazakhstan is known as the unconditional leader in supplying grain products, wheat and wheat flour to the Central Asian market. The consumption of such products has increased significantly in recent years. At the same time, there is also development and growth of its own grain processing, especially for producers of flour, various cereals and cereal flakes.

Thus, the market of Central Asian countries is quite interesting and promising, which explains the activity of Kazakh grain processors to to equipment for grain processing and storage. This April, "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD" company shipped the 11-th batch of equipment set to Kazakhstan for buckwheat cereal mill, universal processing lines of oats, wheat, barley, pea and lentil, and universal flakes producing line under a common contract:

• drying equipment (Air vibration dryers УСХ);
• aspiration and transport equipment (Сyclone cleaning rigs ББЦп, fans and conveyors);
• Abrasive dehullers for legumes ЛАБ – exclusive author's equipment for processing of lentils and other leguminous crops! Why is the design of this new original equipment so important in this period? Please note that lentil and pea cereals are the cereals with the highest content of natural plant protein. The protein is the base of life. It's a main component in the human diet. The human body's digestibility of protein from cereal legumes is equal to that of animal protein. Thus, supplies of lentil and pea cereals are included in the United Nations World Food Programme. Food security exists when people have access to enough safe and nutritious food for normal growth and development, and an active and healthy.
