«Turn key» grain cereal plants: equipment installation

As we noted earlier, this year is very successful for our company. In 2021, the full set cases of equipment supply are demand among customers. Usually equipment supply for grain processing accompany assembling and commissioning works including installing, start-up and personal training. Traditionally, lot of companies harry up to finish all assembling and commissioning works till the end of the year.

For example, we’ve come to finish stage in equipment assembling for our good customer in Poland. We supplied this equipment there earlier for cereal processing line. Two Dryers ВС-10М (completed with four drying sections, a cooling section and one discharging section) and two Steamers ПЗ-3 have installed already. These machines made by stainless food steel and completed with automatic control panels. As known, this equipment is indispensable to hydrothermal boiling of cereal for snack producing.

In the same time, the installation of a universal cereal mill with a capacity of 55 t/d of grain is nearing completion in Ternopol region (Ukraine). At the moment, all the equipment has been installed, the installation of the automatic control system is coming to the end and the equipment is scrolled (pilot test) in idling from the computerized operator's workplace. This cereal mill completely designed by our company and provided with turnkey equipment. The launch of this object in operating mode is going to start for beginning 2022.

Meanwhile, in Kazakhstan, the construction of a production building and the installation of production workshops for an oat mill are working hard. We signed contracts with the customer there for equipment supplying and installing, assembling works for start-up of large oat cereal mill with universal flakes processing line. Thus, our company is going to send a new batch of goods in Kazakhstan soon.

It's very important, our company have two-in-one. In particular, the supplier of equipment is manufacturer of this equipment. Therefore, we have high-class professionals in our staff for installation and staff training. All work is carried out with a combination of construction and installation experience and knowledge of legislation and regulations.
