Modernisation of cereal mills

For 32 years of work of SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” in Ukraine we have built more than a hundred of profitable cereal mills and grain processing lines. This is due to the fact, that the most important place in the agribusiness complex of Ukraine is taken by the grain industry complex, including specifically the processing of cereal crops. The flour-milling and cereal industry, in turn, plays a leading role in providing the population with socially important products. Moreover, as we have already mentioned earlier, many agrarians still support the decision to process grain locally rather than sell it as raw material.

However, over time, processing technologies improve, equipment is modernised and more efficient machines are introduced. The main reasons of improvement is, above all, increasing the yield of finished products while significantly reducing energy consumption. Sometimes the basic area of improvement is the necessary to expand the range of cereal production, etc. Therefore, over time, the equipment fleet requires careful updating. An experienced businessmen knows that it is necessary to keep his nose to the wind, not waiting for a crisis, to react promptly to market demands. Now company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” carries out the orders upon modernization of several cereal mills. One of them is cereal producing enterprise, which is designed and built by our company 24 years ago in Zhytomyr region (Ukraine). These customer is one of the leaders on Ukrainian market of grain cereal producers for many years. This company also supply its products to more than 20 countries including USA. The assortment range of their cereal mill is represented by more than 20 names, which undoubtedly has a favourable effect on retail distribution networks, brand recognition and sales volumes in general. At present, our company is modernising this cereal production mill. In the framework of the agreement, we supplied new equipment, namely:

• Modernized Destoners БКТ-100М;
• Roll hullers СГР-600 for buckwheat grain hulling;
• Dryers ВС-10М and Steamers ПЗ for hydrothermal grain processing;
• Turboseparators ТС for removing light impurities from the grain material;
• Aspiration equipment: Dust radial Fans medium pressure fans, Сyclone cleaning rigs ББЦп of differ productivity.
