From the beginning of our company, we have made every effort to meet the expectations of our customers and meet the highest requirements of the market. Today we present the result of our practical research. It's modernized Flaking mill ПС-400.

Flaking mill ПС-400 was originally designed to flatten some kind of cereals while manufacturing oatmeal, buckwheat, pearl barley, finely ground barley, corn, wheat, rice and other flakes. We are taking into account this fact that now fat-and-oil extraction industry is so important branch for food productions for vegetables oil processing. We also have a large experience to use our flaking mills at this industry. Therefore, our company SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” upgraded the basic construction of this machine.

Nowadays, the flaking mill also can mill and produce the kernel petals of oil culture like sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, cotton and peanut for fat-and-oil extraction production. This machine is installed at flaking sections of oil extraction mills in front of screw presses and expanders. We good know all requirements of fat-and-oil market. Thus, while processing of sunflower, soybean and rapeseed, the productivity match all the requirements of the technological process.

The productivities of modernized flaking mills are:

• ПС-400 – up to 60 t/d;
• ПС-600 – up to 90 t/d.
