Assembling works of the mill of SIC «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» in Lithuania

Our company has increased equipment supply volume to Baltic for last 10 years. Nowadays we have opportunities to continue import of technological equipment there in large volume.

Remind, this October, we supplied Aggregate roller mill Р6-АВМ-15 for our regular customer to Lithuania. We designed, assembled and started-up the buckwheat cereal processing line for this customer two years ago too. It makes the best buckwheat cereal in region! This Aggregate mill has got a special design for flour processing from several kind of cereal. Flour grade may be has several particle size – from small granule to flour.

Also at the request of the customer, we first use mechanical transport for product transportation in the mill (bucket elevators) instead of pneumatic transport. This allows to reduce the specific energy consumption per unit of finished products by 36,5%, as well as to reduce the noise level by 2,2 times.

In the end of this October, the company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” finished equipment shipment for installation and mounting of Aggregate mill, which designed for flour processing from buckwheat cereal. Our team immediately proceeded to installation, and then to commissioning works.
