New trends in the development and application of technological equipment of «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD»

In addition to the field of cereal processing for the production of cereals, flakes and flour, the company also develop apply of technological equipment for corn processing line for production of food alcohol and bioethanol (raw ethyl). Involving of innovation corn processing equipment from «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» lets companies to get new possibilities. Using of such equipment help to achieve high project efficiency and to provide for their economic sustainability and benefit because in case of proper preparation and processing of maize (corn) as a bioethanol raw material, the profitability of the distillery as a whole is significantly increased.

Nowadays, at one of the large alcohol enterprises, the assembling works of technological equipment for corn degermination and milling (before the wet processing) is going on. This equipment is designed for operation with productivity of 150 t/d of grain. At the same time, equipment goes on to be supplied for finish steps of the line's mounting.
