This diversification strategy was made possible by the timely modernisation of our production facilities, and thanks to our production sites at «BMZ GLOBALMETSERVIS LLC».

Today we will tell about Drum dryers, which designed for drying of various bulk products by flue gases in the chemical and building industries. In this particular case, we have manufactured a quartz sand dryer - one of the basic steps for making quartz glass in the glass industry. Dryer diameter is 1,6 m, length of drying drum is 8 m. Diameter of idler gear is 2,4 m.

Quartz glass is a single-component, high-quality glass consisting of silicon dioxide, therefore it is also called silica or silicate glass. Quartz glass has truly unique properties that have made it the most sought and popular material. It is an amazing product with no equivalent on the market today. This glass has outstanding physical and chemical properties. Uniformity of this glass allows these qualities to be retained for each glass section.
