New oat mill in Kazakhstan

In the morning of February 24, 2022, Russia insidiously attacked independent Ukraine and launched a full-scale aggressive destructive war. Early morning Russian army began to bomb our cities and our civilians, and then invaded our territory, the territory of sovereign Ukraine. Now all of us have own front in this war... Our task is to ensure food security, namely, the uninterrupted operation of grain processing enterprises by providing them with spare parts and equipment.

At the end of 2021, company «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» concluded the contract to supply equipment and proceed assembling and commissioning works for large oat mill with universal flakes processing line in Kazakhstan. Our Customer is a reputable company with large arable land for growing various crops. We are well-known with all cereal producers in this market of Kazakhstan, because we designed and produced a lot of their mills and producing lines. At the moment, six cereal mills work successfully there. Two cereal processing lines are under construction and design by our company.

The first batch of technological equipment is ready to be supplied as per the new contract. Some equipment is testing now. For example, the Flaking mill ПС-600 is under the final test on the test bench now. Meantime, the installation of the production building of the future mill according to the project of the specialists of SIC «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» reaches the finish line.

Continuous monitoring of all processes, from manufacturing to commissioning, is our direct responsibility. Thus, we determine the vector of successful work of both the cereal mill and the flakes processing line, and your successful business as a whole.
