Equipment for cereal mills in Kazakhstan

Today in the information field of Kazakhstan they actively discuss the possibilities and creation of conditions from the state to help Kazakhstani agricultural producers to increase the production of grain and oilseed crops. It also discussed in parallel the trends of deep processing of cereals locally to maximise surplus value. Therefore, In view of these trends, the activity of Kazakhstani agrarians and grain processors has significantly increased, the number of requests for technological equipment, as well as for the design and supply of equipment for completed grain processing complexes has increased significantly too.

It's already mentioned that SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” has won a tender for the supply of technological equipment - buckwheat mill with productivity of 36-38 t/d of grain, of technological equipment of universal cereal mill for oats, wheat, barley, lentils and peas processing (capacity of 32-36 t/d of grain) with universal flakes processing line (productivity 1 000 – 1 500 kg/h). Delivery of technological equipment is organised into phases. Several large batches of equipment consisting of five long trucks have already been delivered to the Customer. And in May of this year company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” shipped the next batch of equipment, which includes:

• Steamers ПЗ-1 and ПЗ-6;
• Dryers ВС-10М;
• Roller mills А1-БЗН-1000 and Flaking mills ПС-600;
• Impact dehullers for oats СІМО ЦШС-3;
• Peas shelling machines;
• De-awners ЦОС-1;

Co-operation with our company is a major increase in economic indicators, opening new horizons for business for agro-companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The market analysis shows, that today, grain processors are particularly interested in cereal mills for the production of buckwheat and oat groats with the possibility of their further processing into flakes. Cereal mills for processing beans, peas and lentils are very interesting now too.
