New batch of equipment in Moldova

We are proceeding with equipment supplies in accordance with signed contracts. In August, the truck with technological equipment went to a new Customer in Moldova. Our Moldavian customer is the head of the joint Moldavian-Dutch project. It is an agricultural innovator with arable land and his own river terminal. This time our company SIC «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» provided equipment for peas and millet processing:

• Impact dehullers СІМО ЦШС-3;
• Peas shelling machines СІМО ЦШС-3 (2);
• Magnetic separator Б8-БММ;
• Grain-cleaning separator А1-БМС-6.

By the way, design of the Impact dehullers СІМО ЦШС-3 is author's achievementof our company «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD». This machine is designed for oats and millet dehulling. So, on the bases of Impact dehuller, our design specialists have developed Peas shelling machine. This machine provides so high yield of finish product (84 - 87%)! This is in comparison with such machines in the industry, and in condition of the highest quality peas.

The operation of our machine for 5 years has confirmed that the average productivity is 1 650 kg/h, the peeling rate of oats is 90 - 93%. It also works as an air separator and centrifugal. Because besides dehulling process there are process of deviding of grain hair and husk (40 - 50%) in aspiration. Therefore, the technological chain of equipment is significantly reduced.

These machines have very high performance and productivity. They are so popular in Ukraine and abroad.
