In the second half of 2025, AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD completed the renovation and upgrade of buckwheat processing plants in the Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi regions, as well as carrying out engineering work and supplying millet and lentil processing lines in the Rivne region.
Therefore, it can be concluded that, despite the war, logistical limitations and changes of regulatory requirements, businesses are increasingly moving away from traditional raw exports in favour of industrialising the agricultural sector – creating added value.
For reference, information from Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine: «In 2025, the manufacturing industry had become the key taxpayer amongst economic sectors, paying UAH 367.5 billion to the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine.
