Delivery of a Ukrainian milling complex to Latvia

Grain processing is no longer just a stage following the harvest. Today, it is a key part of the economy, solving food security challenges and maximising added value thanks to modern technological solutions. Modern grain processing can no longer be based on traditional methods alone. Automation, digital control and quality control are now taking centre stage. This is exactly why grain processing lines from «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» have been in demand on the European market for many years, and this demand is growing year on year.

A set of equipment, a namelly Aggregate roller mill Р6-АВМ-15 is being supplied to Latvia now. This mill can be used to process into flour both wheat and the hulled kernels of various cereal crops – such as barley, oats, millet, buckwheat, rice, etc. The installation of additional dosing and mixing equipment makes it possible to produce blended (mixed) flour from three, four or more types of grain in various specified proportions.

Flour milling plant Р6-АВМ-15 is designed to process grain into premium and first-grade flour. Control of the production process is automated and it`s carried out due to control console. Thanks to the full automation and mechanisation of the grain milling process, only two people are required to operate the mills. A major advantage is that all the mill components are assembled like a construction block on a special two-storey modular metal frame. This therefore eliminates the need to construct a dedicated multi-storey building.

The great advantages of this type of mill are its low energy consumption and very quick start-up. During 12-14 days following delivery of the mill to the customer, two specialists already can carry out the installation and commissioning works, and provide the staff with training on how to operate it.
