Supervision of installation and commissioning of a buckwheat processing plant in Lithuania

In the 1st quarter of this year, «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» supplied technological equipment and components for a buckwheat processing plant to a Lithuanian client — a well-known producer of cereals and other food products, recognized with numerous international awards for product quality. A total of 103 units of equipment were shipped in five euro trucks, including core grain cleaning and preparation machinery, ventilation, aspiration, and pneumatic transport systems, as well as weighing equipment.

Following the delivery to Lithuania, installation works were carried out under the supervision of leading specialists from SIC «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD». Our company consistently recommends supervised installation involving the supplier’s technical experts, as this approach minimizes assembly errors and ensures rapid commissioning to achieve the plant’s design capacity. On-site, our specialists conducted quality testing of the completed installation works. During the plant testing phase, process engineers performed fine-tuning of all equipment, including the automated control panels managing the entire buckwheat processing complex. Once the customer commissions the steam boiler system, the facility will proceed with the final launch and production of the first batch of finished product — premium-grade buckwheat groats.
