Supply of technological equipment to grain mills in Ukraine

Design, equipment supply, assembling and supervision of assembly, commissioning and start-up are all integral components of the construction of a turnkey grain mills. All this is provided complexly and qualitatively by the SIC AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD company. Even small aspects play a significant role. For example, the supply of both basic and additional equipment from this list is important. Because additional equipment is an integral part of the technological line of a grain mill, which also affects productivity, quality and yield of finished products.

At the end of October, AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD supplied equipment to two large Ukrainian enterprises at once: to a buckwheat factory in the Kyiv region and to a millet and lentil processing line in the Rivne region. The following equipment and machines were shipped: Abrasive dehullers for legumes ЛАБ-1,5, Roll hullers СГР-600, Degerminators ДС, hoppers, screw conveyors KS, fans, hose filters ФР etc.

It is important to note that the successful integration of additional equipment (aspiration, transport and weighing-packaging equipment) into the production line is the key to the successful operation and competitiveness of grain processing mills. It's very significantly for customers, along with the equipment and technology, the company undertakes to provide technical maintenance and technological support for 20 years after the facility is launched, as well as to supply wear parts and any other spare parts.
