Ukrainian technology is taking over the European agricultural market: delivery of a cereal flake production line to Bulgaria

Bulgaria’s agri-food sector is a highly competitive sector of its economy, based on a favourable climate, fertile soils and an advantageous geographical location. Around 45% of the country’s territory consists of cultivated land, and one of the leading sectors is cereal production. This automatically leads to the development of the grain processing industry.

However, changing global trends and growing demand for healthy food products are radically transforming the structure of the food and processing industries. This has affected the grain processing sector.

Market demand for products made from niche cereal crops is driving up demand for the technology and equipment required to process them. «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» has extensive experience and expertise in this field, including:

• Equipment quality and certification recognised in Europe
• A high level of new technology
• Equipment that ensures the highest levels of output of finished product and quality

All this served as a natural springboard for expanding the geographical market for supplies of “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”. Today, a set of equipment for a universal grain flakes production line has been shipped to Bulgaria. This large batch includes a complete set of equipment for the construction of a flake production line, including an automatic process control system.

Part of the main equipment was delivered to the customer in two trucks and includes the following units/machines: Grain-cleaning separator БСХ, Magnetic separator Б8-БМП, original improved Steamers ПЗ, grain Dryers, unique Flaking mills. In addition, this consignment included conveyors and bucket elevators, as well as Cyclone battery units (Сyclone cleaning rig ББЦп) and Fans ВЦП.
