Ukrainian equipment is going to Moldova

Ukrainian company has once again won a tender to supply grain processing equipment – and this time the equipment is preparing to be shipped to Moldova for a joint Netherlands-Moldova enterprise.

The client’s company is in the top 10 largest Moldovan exporters of agricultural product - 90% of its products are exported to Europe. After a professional analysis of the customer’s production capacity, SIC AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD proposed to supply innovative equipment as follows:

• Shelling machines МШХ with 22 kW of installed capacity, which designed to shell grain crops and polish grains and cereals as barley, peas, wheat, millet. It also can be successful used for grinding and polishing the grain obtained from the processing of the above crops.
• Upgraded Impact dehullers ЦШС-3М for oats, spelta dehulling and shelling. This is a proprietary, high-performance machine with improved technical specifications compared to previous models:
  • a three-stage rotor with a special inlet distribution nozzle, as well as an increased diameter of the rotor and the deck, which helps to improve shelling (husking) productivity and efficiency;
  • direct rotor drive: the absence of a belt drive reduces energy consumption and maintenance time;
  • a pneumatic deck movement mechanism that doubles the deck’s service life;
  • a deck made of a special type of polymer, which provides the most gentle husking possible and reduces the amount of broken grain whilst keeping the husking process efficient;
  • flexible component options;
  • a feed pipe with fine adjustment of the quantity of grain to be dehulled, and a suction of technological air - both ensures the correct orientation of the grain in the husking zone.
