Implementation of modern equipment for grain processing in Kazakhstan

As you know, the agricultural sector is one of the most stable and major sources of growth for long-term sustainable development, economic diversification and improvement of the living standards of the population in Kazakhstan. One of the main advantages of agriculture is the large territory of Kazakhstan, which has about 30% of the land for farming. Crops such as wheat, oats, millet, barley, buckwheat, rice, maize, etc. are grown at this territory. In recent years, there is a tendency to increase cultivation of cereal crops, so in 2023 in North-Kazakhstan region increased sowing of buckwheat in 3 times. This fact is the result of increased demand and, accordingly, the intention to open new cereal production facilities, including a buckwheat mill in this region.
A lot of new cereal mills in Kazakhstan are equipped by high-quality technological equipment of SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”. This company has been consistently, for the last 5 years, launching new grain processing complexes and cereal grain processing complexes and cereal grain production lines. And at the end of 2023, this company won a tender to supply process equipment for the building and organization of several cereal mills as follows: buckwheat cereal mill, universal processing lines of oats, wheat, barley, pea and lentil, and universal flakes producing line.
As reports the press-service of the company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”, in July their equipment were transported by two more auto trucks to a customer in the North Kazakhstan region. It was a large batch of Сyclone cleaning rigs with several capacity, Table separators, Magnetic separators and sets of removable sieves for plansifters and separators.
At the same time, in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan, the assembling and commissioning works of an oats cereal mill with a universal flake producing line was fully completed, which were turn-key projected and full set completed and equipped by «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD». A so-called "pre-run-in" of the process equipment without load (idling) was carried out. Start-up and commissioning works were also carried out and the plant was switched to its design capacity. A special feature of the cereal mill is that the flaking line in this case is supplemented by a dosing micro-feeder module for the production of a mixture of four different types of flakes.
As the customer of this project underlines, even a partial changeover from the simple sale of grown grain to its processing with the introduction of modern grain-processing methods significantly increases profitability. This is a very prospective direction for the development of Kazakhstan's agro-industrial sector.
