Meeting of top business leaders with the Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 4 December, a meeting was held in Kyiv between the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine, Tolezhan Barlybaev, and members of the Ukrmashbud Association, headed by the Chairman of the Board, Vladimir Sachenko. The event was also attended by Mikhail Babich, Director General of SIC ‘AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD’. The purpose of the meeting was to establish new mutually beneficial foreign trade relations, discuss agreements of intent on the supply of technological equipment and other products, and create joint venture companies in the future. The topics of forming and strengthening production and logistics chains between Ukraine and Kazakhstan were also discussed.

Overall, Ukrainian-Kazakh economic relations are showing strong positive dynamics. As for AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD, as a leader in the design and organisation of turnkey grain processing plants, the company has been supplying equipment for grain processing mills to major participants in the agricultural market of Kazakhstan and leaders in the grain processing industry for the past 15 years.

The Ambassador noted Kazakhstan's great interest in Ukrainian manufacturers' engineering products. He noted that Kazakhstan continues to be the undisputeable strategic partner for Ukraine. Today, Kazakhstan confirms its readiness to develop cooperation with Ukraine in areas of mutual interest.
