A tender has been won for the supply of technological equipment to Kazakhstan

In 2023, company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” won a tender for the supply of the following: technological equipment of buckwheat mill with productivity of 36-38 t/d of grain; technological equipment of universal cereal mill for oats, wheat, barley and peas processing with productivity of 32-36 t/d of grain; universal flakes processing line (productivity 1 000 – 1 500 kg/h).

In spite of war, difficult logistic and uneasy weather conditions, in the end of 2023, our customer already got the first batch of equipment. This order was just as "under the Christmas tree". This technological equipment has been dispatched by four units of auto-trucks. It includes the following equipment:

• Grain-cleaning separators БСХМ-16 and БСХ-3;
• Plansifters РК with quick-release sieves;
• Magnetic separators Б8-БМП;
• Air separators АСХ-5 and АСХ-2,5;
• Indented cylinder (for avena fatua and agrostemma removing);
• Air vibration dryers УСХ;
• Destoners ПКВ-3;
• Table separators МСХ;
• Shelling machines МШХ-22;
• Concentrators КЗХ-9;
• Roll hullers СГР-600 and СГР-400;
• weighing and packaging equipment: Dosing semi-automatic scales and Hopper scales, Sewing machines МЗМ-40.

Modern geopolitics, strong competition and other factors of instability create conditions in which it is becoming more and more difficult to attract the attention of the customer. In despite this, our company relies on the excellence of technology and the high quality of manufactured equipment. Thus, we occupy a stable reliable supplier sector and are developing in such a difficult market environment. Therefore we already have got busy schedule of our production facilities and a full cases of pre-orders for the first half of the coming year. The calendar year has only just begun, and our specialists are already drafting new technological solutions for processing grain into cereals. We're also preparing a new equipment for the best product yield receiving.
