Launch of new peas shelling machines in Ukraine

The representative of the UN World Food Program Martin Frick says: “Hunger doesn't have to be a weapon… Ukrainian food is urgently needed by the whole world”.

Taking into account real situation, we are going to explain increased demand for legumes and their processing. Well-known that leguminous have significant advantage. It is the least dependent crop on fertilizers. The cereal cultures need nitrogen. Part of the nitrogen is produced by legumes natural harvest-rotation in the fields. After harvesting, the remains of legumes decompose and deliver useful nitrogen to the soil. Therefore, other grain can use this nitrogen on the field. Thus, in the context of a rapid increase in fertilizer prices, the demand for legumes is growing significantly.

Peas processing is provided by author original equipment from SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” - Peas shelling machines ЦШС-3 (02). These machines developed by our leading specialists and has no analogues in the quality of pea processing.

This April, the next Peas shelling machines were launched by our customers in Ukraine (Rovno region). The following results were obtained:

• Output of the finished product (whole halves) - 88 %;
• crushed cereal (sieve of 1,7 mm) - 4 %.

The synergistic effect was obtained due to a combination of the following factors:

• good quality of raw materials.

We would like to note surface quality of pea halves as a result of processing on Pea shelling machine. Dehulled pea is bright nature colour and half of the pea has smooth edges, cotyledonis is also smooth and half of the pea is without scratch.
