Universal flakes processing line start-up

As we previously reported (in August 08, 2020), the specialists of company “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” started assembling of equipment for universal flakes processing line in Belarus. (You can find all details story). According to signed contracts and planned shipment schedule, our company provided with full 100% equipment set to Belarus. The equipment was fully assembled within 75 calendar days.

All customs clearance an deliver works was carried out by our representative in Belarus, it's company LLC “Krichev Machine-Building Plant”. We would like to note their quick and high quality mounting of equipment for universal flakes processing line (75 calendar days). Belarusian representatives also made adjusting of automatic control system of flakes processing line.

From 09.11.2020 to 18.11.2020, we launched this object grain flakes processing line including flakes that do not require cooking)! Our representatives from Krichev Machine-Building Plant and we also trained stuff for good and safe work. We've tested modes for three kinds of flakes (oats, barleys and buckwheat) for 9 days. We achieved project capacity 800 - 1 200 kg/h (800 kg/h for buckwheat and 1 200 kg/h for oats and barley).

Nowadays the universal flakes processing line operates to full capacity. Their finish product is ordered by trade companies a year ahead. This fact again confirm the need and importance of the flakes on food product market.
