Purpose:
Сyclone cleaning rig ББЦ (ББЦп) are designed for cleaning dust-laden air aspirated from the equipment of elevators, flour, groats and feedstuff mills.
Сyclone cleaning rig ББЦ consists of four cyclones, inlet and outlet nozzles. Сyclone cleaning rigs usually are installed with fan in framework of aspirating system and pneumatic networks. Sometimes Сyclone cleaning rigs are installed for aspiration of equipment separately. The basic function is sediment and outlet of middle dispersed grain dust from the air. Air cleaning level is 96-98 %.
Cleaning efficiency is growing up while diameter became less. Therefore, when designing, Сyclone cleaning rigs of small diameters are used instead of single cyclones of large diameters.

Design and principle of operation:
Сyclone cleaning rig is welded construction which consists of four cyclones (installed on metal framework), assembled box, assembled conus, inlet and outlet nozzles. Assembled box is designed to get cleaned air out of four cyclones into air duct of cleaned air. Assembled box has flange for inlet connection. Сyclone cleaning rig ББЦ made with right-hand or left-hand rotation.
Dusty air goes to the cyclones through inlet nozzle and has rotary motion. Parts of the grain dust with small weight cuddle the walls of cyclones due to centrifugal force. Then the parts of the grain dust reduce the speed of movement and precipitates in special assembled conus. In the assembled conus, the dust goes to the dust pipes through gate valves. The cleaned air goes to the special air duct through assembled box of the cyclones.
Air speed at the finish is 16-18 m/s.
