Vertical hammer mill ДМС is designed for grinding mineral raw materials at the enterprises of turnkey feedstuff plants. Manufacturing category 3 of State Standard 15150 in climatic design. The category "У" is for the domestic market and export to countries with a temperate climate.

Design and operation:
The machine (Pic.1) consists of a frame (14), a housing (1) (mounted in the frame), a rotor with hammers (3) is installed in a bearing housing (11), a hopper (5) or a grinder (depending on the ordered configuration), deck (9), a sieve frame with a (10) sieve, doors (2). The electrical equipment includes the rotor drive motor is installed on the crusher, the crusher drive motor (if supplied). The hopper is designed for uniform feeding of raw materials into the crushing chamber. The grinder is designed for preliminary crushing of mineral raw materials entering the crusher to a maximum size of 20 mm. The feeder is equipped with a flap movable by means of a threaded gear and a handwheel. With the help of the shutter, you can turn off the flow, or adjust it manually. The hammer rotor is the main working body of the crusher. It is made in the form of a shaft resting on two ball radial spherical (self-aligning) bearings. Disks are mounted on the shaft through spacer bushings, tightened by tightening axles. Washers are installed on the spacer sleeves of the coupling axles, which serve to limit the movement of the hammers along the axes of their suspension.
Vertical hammer mill works according to the following scheme: the product is fed into the hopper, if the crusher is equipped with a crusher, the product is pre-crushed in the crusher where it is distributed over the entire width, it enters the crusher chamber and collides with the rotor hammers. Hammers, hitting mineral raw materials, break it. The destroyed particles of mineral raw materials spill through the sieve frame down the crusher and are removed by gravity from it through the outlet pipe.
