Purpose:

Dust filters С1-ФЦПО are the Hose cylindrical filters with tangential input, designed for clearance of dry air flows from any dusts. They are used in centralized aspiration systems.

Principle of operation:

Tangential input direct the flow along surface of cylindrical body of filter. While tangential input works, a rotational movement of the dust-air mixture is created and centrifugal and inertial forces begin to act on the particles of the dust-air mixture. The large particles of the mixture lost speed and go down in the collecting cone. Remaining small dispersed dust goes to the second stage of the cleaning (through filter elements). Cleared air goes through filter material and get into cleared air chamber. The dust stay on the surface out of machine or in the pores of filtering hoses. Due to full automatic system of unit clearance, filter hoses are effectively cleaned with short pneumatic pulses. After filter cleaned, it repeats working characteristics.
