Degerminator СІМО ДС-2

Purpose of equipment:

The degerminator is designed for finishing and polishing different cereals, and degermination of corn to separate germinable grains.

Principle of operation:

Degerminator consists of receiving chamber with supply and inlet pipes, working chamber and working body looks like hollow shaft (roller) with two working parts (knives). Working chamber consists of horizontal sieve cowling which installed in sieve bin by brake plates. Along the working knives, there are gaps in the hollow shafts. There is braking device at the exit. Sieve cowling, brake plates and knives are replacement parts.

Raw product move into the receiving chamber and pressed by screw to the working area. In the working area there is an intense impact on the surface of grain due to compression and exposure of working bodies and brake plates (these bodies installed on the hollow rotating roller and the brake plates installed on sieve bin).

Explosure control happens by adjusting the brake device located at the outlet of the working chamber. Air flow by the hollow roller remove the bran flour. This air through gap along the roller and through sieve bin move bran flour outside.
