Grinder ИЖХ

Purpose:

Grinder ИЖХ is designed to grind dry pressed plant materials of large particle (schrot, meal, bagasse), which included in feedstuff. This machine performed according to 3^rd category of State Standard (No 15150, climatic execution “У”) for domestic market.

Design and principle of operation:

The grinder is metal structure, which consists of side walls (1 and 2), connections (3 and 4), drive shaft (5), machine shaft (6), bodies of bearings, drive gear wheel, drive frame (7), gearbox (8), electric motor (9), inlet nozzle (10), outlet nozzle (11). Drive and machine shafts are special construction completed with gear and ordinary disks. They are working bodies of the Grinder. Edges of working bodies are thermal hardened to provide with required hardness and durability. Torque of electric motors comes in the drive shaft by belt drive. Drive and machine shafts are connected by gearing. The product is grinded between gear disks on shafts during oncoming movement with different circumferential speeds.
