Purpose:

Roll mills Р6-БЗН-М are designed for grinding grains and intermediate wheat milling products; they are used within the process line at flour mills with high extra class flour output.

Specifications:

These roll mills consist of two autonomous halves. The main working bodies of roll machines are two pairs of diagonally located grinding rollers.

Roll mills Р6-БЗН-М have individual drive of feeding rollers and inter-roller transmission with the use of V-belts and pneumatics company "Camozzi".

Depending on the purpose, the working surface of grinding rolls is corrugated or smooth. Design provides for water cooling of rapidly turning grinding rollers. It also provides for re-cutting grooving without dismantling of bearings.

There is remote control of engaging and disengaging of grinding rollers. It allows to stabilize grinding and to eliminate the involvement of staff in the work of the roller machines.
