Change-over valve КП-1

Purpose:

Change-over valve КП-1 is manual symmetric and round. It is designed for direction changing of the product through gravity pipes.

Change-over valve is used to change and control grain flow (cereal, flour, feed-stuff and bran) at the elevators, cereal and flakes processing lines and mills.

Design:

Change-over valve КП-1 consists of the following parts: machine body with mounting brackets, change-over shutter, rocker arm, axis with spring and end sensors. Short part of rocker arm shows shutter position.

Base execution of valve should be used as gravity ДУ-120.

Principle of operation:

The grain goes to the upper nozzle of the body, then it out of machine body by outlet nozzle. The outlet nozzle work due to change-over shutter. There are end sensors in this machine for valve mounting at the enterprises and plants with automatic control system. These sensors show shutter position.
