Purpose:
Semi-automatic filling complex КАФ-1 is designed for prepacking bulk product like cereal, sugar, pasta, tea, drops, peanuts, raisins, breadcrumbs, meat dumplings, corns etc. The dose from 50 g to 1 kg is managed by the operator's control panel and automatically generated by Weigh hopper ДВА -1. The bags are from sheeting (three-suture bags, the bags with flat bottom). The bag materials are polypropylene, laminated sheeting, laminated paper, laminated foil.
Loading elevator. It's additional equipment for Semi-automatic filling complexes КАФ-1, КАФ-2 and КАФ-3. It designed to supply bulk raw materials (sugar, cereals, coffee etc.) with bulk weight 0,3-0,8 t/m3 to overdosing hopper of complex. Loading elevator has vibration hopper and system for automatic maintenance of the product level in the hopper.
Discharge transporter.It's an additional equipment for Semi-automatic filling complexes КАФ-2 and КАФ-3. It's designed for supply ready bags with product to the receiving table of operator. Afterwards it should be packed into group packs. Discharge transporter has electric drive with constant speed work of conveyor belt. The lifting height is adjusted by the position of the conveyor boom on the stands.
Semi-automatic packaging weigh machine ДВП-3 is designed for product packing in paper and plastic bags, carton boxes etc. The product should be powdery or fine-grained (flour, starch, building mix etc.) The screw feeding of material into the loading bucket, as well as a special tedder of the dosed material in the overdosing hopper make the machine DVP-3 an ideal solution for packing flour.
Semi-automatic packaging weigh machine ДВС-6 is designed for product packing in paper and plastic bags, carton boxes etc. The product should be powdery or fine-grained (flour, starch, feedstuff, building mix etc.) Product supply is carried out due to gravity feeder. If it's necessary, the machine ДВС-6 is completed with cylinder (drum) which help to pack product in the bags.
Semi-automatic packaging weigh machine ДВП-50Б is the machine without shaking device to pack product in the opened paper bags or polypropylene and fabric bags of 20-50 kg. The machine is designed to pack powdery product like starch, powdered milk, feedstuff etc. This machine used at mills, feedstuff plants, in food or chemical industry
Automatic packaging weigh machines ДВС-30 and ДВС-50. The machines are designed for automatic forming of product portions (cereal, grain, other bulk product). Raw product supply is carried out through sector valve without electromagnets. This fact says about this machine will more reliable and durable. For the formation of large doses of about 50 kg, a multi-dose mode is provided. It make the machine to pack products in Big-Bags. The ДВС -50 machine differs from the ДВС -30 dispenser in the increased size of the load-receiving bucket and, accordingly, in the increased upper dosing limit.

The machine is designed for total counting and maintaining the specified consumption of powdery products like flour, starch, washing powder etc. The software counter of the total mass retains information in case of a sudden power outage and is not available for manual change.
