Screw conveyors Ш-100, Ш-160, Ш-200

Purpose:

Screw conveyors are designed for horizontal inclined transportation of grains and finish products with humidity no more than 25%.

Specifications:

*Section length 1,0 - 2,5 m.

Design and principle of operation:

Conveyor consists of drive section 1 (Drawing 1), intermediate section 2, end section 3, drive 4, drive screw roller 5, intermediate screw roller 6, end screw roller 7, intermediate supports 8, bearing units 9 and 10. Conveyor sections can be gutter-shaped (horizontal or inclined 30 º transportation) or tube-shaped (inclined transportation over 30º). Sleeve works as intermediate supports. The sleeve made by wood and cooked in oil or made by polyamide. Conveyor drive could made as a chain transmission or gear motor. If it's gear motor, transmission of torque to the conveyor roller is carried out by installing a coupling designed by the manufacturer.

The principle of operation is: The product moves to the unloading nozzle through rotation screw roller. It is recommended to turn on the conveyor without product and stop it after unloading all the product in it.
