Purpose:

Gravity magnetic MZ is designed to isolate metal-magnetic impurities from bulk grain products. The design of gravity magnetic MZ allows you to install it in the product stream in any places convenient for maintenance by technical personnel (gravity flow, product pipelines).

Grain raw materials passing through a magnetic gravity flow are exposed to a magnetic field, which attracts ferromagnetic impurities to a magnet. The magnetic induction and design features allow you to catch large metal objects (for example, balls from the bearing) and hold them securely on their working surface. This protects the working bodies of machines installed after magnetic gravity flow from damage. The magnet is cleaned manually through the side hatch, without disrupting the production.
