Purpose:

Magnetic separator Б8-БММ is designed to remove metal-magnetic impurities from the products (cereals, flour, grain, compound feed), as well as for cleaning flour aspiration. The magnetic separator is installed in front of impact machines to protect the working parts from damage by large metal-magnetic impurities (bolts, nails, washers, etc.). Magnetic separators are used at enterprises in the bakery industry and can be used in other agricultural and farm sectors to clean bulk products from metal-magnetic impurities and large metal-magnetic objects.

Separators are installed on a horizontal plane with a deviation of no more than 5 °. Ambient temperature is about from -10 ° to 40 °, relative air humidity is 80% at temperature of 25 ° C. The environment should be free of gases and vapors in concentrations that would damage metals and coatings.
