Centrifugal de-awner ЦОС-1 is designed to remove awns and fluff out of oats and barley grain at cereal mills.

Purpose of equipment:

Centrifugal de-awner ЦОС-1 is designed to remove awns and fluff out of oats and barley grain at cereal mills.

Centrifugal de-awner ЦОС-1 consist of aspirated housing, collapsible sieve bin, outlet device with valve, hoppers with auger for waste disposal, electric belt drive, welded frame, control doors. There is working shaft with screw blades and pins.

Machine operation description:

Cereal move through rectangular cross-section loading nozzle to working space. Then the cereal subjected to intense exposure from the working shaft with screw blades and pins. And the product subjected to intense exposure while friction with sieve surface of bin.. The type of sieve surface discussed additionally. It depend on equipment appointment (de-awner or cereal polishing). Small parts and awns outputted in the lower hopper with an auger.

Finished product outputted through doorway in the end wall of the machine housing. Cargo valve with a set of goods applied for adjusting the exposure on the product.

While the machine developing we used the most effective and efficient technical solutions:

    • Collapsible sieve bin executed for opportunity to installation of different sieve surfaces on upper or lower parts.
    • There are screw blades and pins on working shaft. Screw blades provide movement of the product in the working space. Pins intense exposure to contribute grain to friction on the sieve surface.
    • Quick detachable cargo valve equipped with 1 kg weights each. There is central threaded hole in the weight. It made with an offset, which prevents it from dismantling.
    • There is aspirating nozzle on the machine housing. It provide no dust at work because internal volume during operation is always under vacuum.
