Module for component grinding МПКФ-1-110

Purpose:

Module for component grinding МПКФ-1-110 is designed for refinement of components grain at feed mills.

There is local filter with impulse blowing ФЛ-12 in this machine. This filter is designed for active ventilation of the grinding machine and hopper under the grinding machine.

Specifications:

Module МПКФ-1-110 consists of technological equipment, which mounted on the frame. Module МПКФ-1-110 includes:

• hammer mill ДМ2Р-110М1200/1050П, with 110 kWt of power capacity, with the following productivity when barley processing:
• sieve Ø3 - 6 t/h;
• sieve Ø4 - 9 t/h;
• sieve Ø5 - 13 t/h.
• local filter ФЛ-12, 3 600 - 4 850 m³/hour of air productivity, with gate valve ШЗХ-15, with power capacity 1,1 kWt;
• fan ВСД-4,5А, with power capacity 5,5 kWt;
• hopper over the grinding machine (2,9 m³ of volume);
• hopper under the grinding machine (6,3 m³ of volume);
• technological metal constructions;
• service platforms.

Module МПКФ-1-110 is completed with screw conveyor Ш-300 (power capacity is 3 kWt and minimum length is 5,5 m). The conveyor's length depends on the layout.

Total weight is up to 6 000 kg.
