Module for grain preparation МПЗ-18

Purpose:

Module is desighned for preparing of wheat grain, barley and pea for milling.

The Module is the complex for cleaning machines, aspirating, pneumatic and electrical equipment also. It includes pneumatic separators, magnetic separators, aspirating column, cleaning machines, cylindrical separator and Machine of spine removal and cereal polish.

The Module provides impurity allocating from grain, which are different on sizes, form, aerodynamic and ferromagnetic options. Also it provides grain calibration and effective cleaning by Machine of spine removal and cereal polish.

The Module has a remote control. It takes one person to module operating. If the Module is built-in mill or grain production line, the user can operate this with main machine.
