Purpose of equipment:

Table separator МСХ is designed for sizing grain dehulling products, for collecting non-dehulled grains in buckwheat, rice, and oats with the operation performance of 92…96%.

Table separator MСХ is designed for separation of grain hulling products (oat, rice, buckwheat and other cereals) at groats mills and cleaning departments of flour milling enterprises. This machine sorts the grain of one crop due to differences in their physical and mechanical properties.

Design and operation:

Table separator MСХ consists of two main parts: table and base. There is feeder on the machine table. The feeder makes product to distribute through the channels.

The table has three floors (execution 1, 2) or five floors (execution 3, 4). There are eight or ten working channels in the each one (floors). Viewing windows needed for products movement monitoring. The table mounted on the base due to four bearing and four locking wheels.

Locking wheels installed to ruled out cross backlashes of table regarding base. The light product moves into upstream output due to table vibrations. Heavy parts move into lower output.

The presence of product layer in the channel of the machine at the level of 10-15 mm is necessary to divide product. Therefore, if necessary, the supply of the product to some channels can be blocked. When the entire volume of the working area is completely filled, about 120 kg of product is in the machine.
