Design and principle of operation:

Gravity table separator consists of bed (1), body (2), aspiration chamber (4), destoner (5), deck with metal mesh (3), feeder (7), adjusting valves (8). Inlet nozzle (13) mounted attached to the feeder. Air valve (9) with mechanism of airflow adjustment attached to the bed. There are outlet nozzles (11) and container for stones (12) in Gravity table separator.

Table connected to the bed through adjusting mechanisms of longitudinal (14) and transverse (15) angle inclinations. The adjusting mechanisms can change angles of table and deck from 0 to 8 degrees in two planes. You can find technological scheme in draft 3:

Raw grain get in the Gravity table separator through inlet nozzle (13). Then it distributed along the inclined surface of deck (6) with a special valve. This valve eliminates the passage of air into the machine through the loading pipe. Deck covered by metal mesh. The mesh flown up by the air. The deck carries out longitudinal oscillatory movement together with the table.

Adjusting mechanism provides airflow uniformity. Sorting of product are result of working surface vibration, nozzle airflow and double inclinations (longitudinal and transverse).

Seeds laminated in the machine. Heavy particles of product stay on the mesh of the deck. Then the product goes to outlet nozzle. Light particles go up by airflow and move into the deck sides due to cross inclination. Then they discharged by side nozzles (С-Д-Е). The stones move in the opposite direction of the deck towards the horizontal valve with an adjustable hole. Horizontal valve provides the counterflow air circulation with adjustable speed. Complete separation of the grain product from the stones perhaps thanks this air circulation. The stones discharged in lower container.

The air used in the separation process, containing dust and light fractions of the product, is cleaned in a cyclone or filter.
