The screening machine ЦС-1М is designed to control various products of grain processing. The machine consists of a bed in which there are a fast-rotating whip rotor and the slow-rotating sieve drum surrounding it. The whips are attached to the flail rotor. The mounting design allows you to change the angle of attack of the scourges along the length to regulate the residence time of the product in the working area.

The machine consists of machine base, rapidly rotating flail-type beater and slowly rotating sieve drum around it. The flails fixed on the rotating flail-type beater. The construction fastening allows change the angle of attack of pests on length for regulating residence time of the product in the work area. Sieve drum consists of sections. The sieve frames are attached to the sections. Under the sieve drum cones arranged for output and product waste. To regenerate the sieve drum from particles trapped rubber pads are attached on two opposite flails such a way that they are slid along the inner surface of the sieve drum.
The drive of flail-type beater realized from the electric motor through V-belt transmission and sieve drum from the gear motor through V-belt transmission. The rotor and the drum are rotated in opposite directions. Screening of the product is as follows. Through the receiving opening, the product flows into the sieve drum. When the drum rotates the product rises to a certain height and then under the influence of gravity falls on the highspeed flails of rotor. The flails discarded product to sieve through which he screened. Large particles of the product go from a drum sieve. The longitudinal movement of the product in the sieve drum occurs due to the slope of the flails relative to its axis.
