Individual grain plansifter ИЗР

Purpose:

Individual grain plansifter is designed to sort the fractions by milled product sizes of wheat and corn grain.

On Customer request, it is allowed to complete plansifter with special sieves to sort the fractions of products of other product and grain.

Design and principle of operation:

The Plansifter is modular construction, which consist of five frames with independence drive and base. The body is mounted to the base by metal suspensions. There is one input nozzle on the upper frame. There are four output nozzles on the lower frame. There is drive under the body.

The machine sieves product consistently through horizontal screens. These screens make circular translational motion. Milled product goes down from frame to frame due to plansifter sieves (screens). Afterwards, the product is divided on fractions depending on its size.
