Abrasive dehuller for legumes ЛАБ-1,5

Purpose:

Abrasive dehuller for legumes ЛАБ-1,5 is designed for dehulling of the following legumes: lentils, peas, chickpeas, lupins, soybean and others. The machine consists of the:

• body (with mounted abrasive rotor);
• sieve bucket, which surrounds the rotor;
• loading device with adjusting handwheel (for easy adjustment, it is mounted on the outlet side);
• aspirating casing;
• outlet device;
• drive.

Aspiration is activated. Then the basic drive should be activated (in case the operator check successful work of aspiration and drive). The grain goes to the loading hopper. Afterwards, the grain supply is opened smoothly for dehulling at the same time the controlling the current load and the quality of product dehulling are carried out. Dehulled grain go out of the machine through outlet device completed with cargo valve. The husk and the bran flour are gone out through an aspirating casing. Aspiration is the most important for dehulling process. Specifically aspiration doesn't let the grain be overheated. The aspiration also delete small parts, which can interfere with grain dehulling.
