Rotary lock ШЗХ

Purpose:

Rotary locks ШЗХ (volume of 2, 3, 6, 10 or 15 liters) used for carried product out of cyclone discharging rig, Сyclone cleaning rig and other air cleaning devices. It used in pneumatic transport systems and aspiration systems. It also can be used for outlet of bulk product from hoppers as a dispenser for volumetric dosing.

Rotary locks prevent overload of bulk materials from one container to another at different air pressures in these containers (capacities). Often receiving hoppers of cleaning air device(with pneumatic transport pipes) act such capacities. Rotary locks also allow dosing product supply from receiving hopper to several technological processing line. Rotary locks let process become automatic.

Rotary lock designed for good work with cyclone rigs, filters, pneumatic separators, which included in the scheme of technological equipment of mills, elevators of feedstuff mills and any groats plants.

Specifications:

Rotary lock ШЗХ consists of body with cylindrical chamber and electric drive of motor. Rotor with blades rotated inside the chamber. Cast-iron body is cylinder with two nozzles (inlet and outlet). Rotor made by steel. Rotor is solid weld construction installed on two bearings.

Rotor is driven by motor-reducer. Product moves into upper receiving hole of rotary lock by gravity. Then, the product distributed on the surface between bearings. Afterwards, product goes to the lower output window. Product under the influence of its own weight is removed from the body into the communicating container. The rotor is designed for continuous operation for 24 hours a day.
