Roll huller СГР-600М (retrofitted)

Purpose of equipment:

Retrofitted roll huller СГР-600М is designed for hulling buckwheat and millet at cereal processing facilities, small and medium size farms.

Design and operation:

This machine consists of body with receiving device and magnetic column. In the body, there is cylindrical supply roller with adjusting valve. In the centre of body there is removable abrasive roller and deck placed diametrically. The deck installed by swivel level system. This system can adjust the anger of deck and clearance between deck and roller. Inlet conus and rolling surfaces are in the finish. There is aspirating pipe inside for partial selection of husk.

Working bodies of these machines are roller and deck. Roller Ø600 mm rotates. Deck is static. Rotating roller takes grain and moves it into the working area between the roller and deck.

The distance between the roll and deck is less than grain size. Therefore, grain compressed in the working area. It is a shift of grain shell as a result.

Roll hullers for buckwheat processing differ from Roll hullers for millet processing by material of roller and decks. They also differ by working gap size, deck layout etc.

Quick wear parts are abrasive roller, abrasive (rubber) deck, belt and bearing.
