Principle of operation:
The grain through inlet pipe moves into supply device with distribution valve. Then the grain moves into sieve frame smoothly across the entire width of the surface.
Under the influence of vibration and air, the product layer “boils” and moves along the sieve surface to the outlet pipe. Heated air due to fan with 80-110 оС decrease humidity of grain by 3-6 %. Exhaust air goes out through nozzle in the top of the cover. The product goes out through the outlet pipe.
Design of Dryer УСХ:
Dryer УСХ is continuous motion machine. Its main parts are: body (1), intermediate rubber supports on the frame (2), cover, outlet pipe (3), two electronic vibrators on the body (4), sieve with grid for smoothly acrossing exhaust air (annex 1). In the lower part of the body there is a pipe for supplying an exhaust air and a fitting for removing the passage fraction. There are air flow pipes and exhaust air pipes, four opening doors and two inspection windows in the cover. The pipes equipped with flaps. The windows needed for dryer service.
It is possible to adjust the installation angles of electric vibrators, as well as adjust the angle of the dryer. Aspiration chamber is divided into two parts by separation wall. Two flaps are installed in the upper part of the chamber to distribute the flow rates. There is valve in the outlet pipe to avoid unwanted flows. .
You can change productivity of the machine if you change the angle of dryer body. Exhaust air has light parts of grain. Therefore the exhaust air should be cleared.
