Block of indented cylinders ТРБ-800

Purpose:

Block of indented cylinders ТРБ-800 is designed for dividing impurities from grain differed in length in order to obtain high-quality seed. These impurities includes:

• Agrostémma. It shorter than wheat;
• Avena fatua. It longer than wheat;
• Pea, lentil and other round impurities found among grains of oats, buckwheat and other cereal crops.

Besides, these machines used at cereal mills for separating intermediate products after grain dehulling. They sorting product on two fractions (hulled and unhulled). The machine also separates crushed kernel from whole one.

Indented cylinders ТРБ-800 are used at grain processing lines and cereal mills. Recently there has been an increase in demand for Indented cylinders with greater productivity and the ability to quickly replace the cylinders. It's important to good work at universal cleaning lines and cereal processing lines. Thereby we designed Indented cylinders with three cell segments.

The required quality of cleaning is achieved by a combination of adjustments: the installation angle of the receiving tray; rotation speed of the indent cylinder and its angle of inclination.
