Purpose:

Device of liquid components input БРД is designed for automatic dosing of liquid components (sunflower oil etc.) into the weigh hopper. It is used for bulk feedstuff processing with liquid components at the feedstuff mills and small farms.

Device of liquid components input БРД is manufactured according to the 3rd category State Standard 15150 in climatic version "У" for the domestic market and export to countries with a temperate climate. Design and principle of operation of device of liquid components input БРД:

The device consists of the frame (1), installed tank in (2), control panel (3), pump (5) and motor (4). The tank is provided with pipes with dosing device (7) and sensors of liquid level and temperature. (8), nozzles and fill valves (9) and (6), vent valve (11), electric heaters (10).

The product goes from the basic tank to the service heat tank through inlet pipe. Than the product warmed up to given temperature. And, afterwards, the product goes to the mixer due to pump. Electric motor supply necessary frequency of pump rotor during coupling. Level sensor prevents the liquid level from falling below the heating elements.
