Hydrating Poly УПМ-1

Purpose:

Hydrating Poly УПМ-1 (Hydrating Polishing machine) is designed for hydrothermal grain processing and polishing process of cereal grain to improve their presentation and increase the consumer properties of the finished product.

Design and principle of operation:

Hydrating Polishing machine УПМ-1 consists of four cylindrical bodies, which joined and mounted on the common frame. There is a screw valve inside each body. All valves rotate by the common gearbox due to chain transmission.

There is a steam shirt on each steam body. Steam should go inside working space through special nipples. Number of steam bodies can be changing. It depends on required capacity and type of technical task (steaming, humidification, polishing etc.)

Product goes to input hole in the upper body. Afterwards it goes to discharging area by screw, than it move into loading hole of the next body. Thus, the product is processed by steam due to product passing sequentially through all steaming bodies.

The customer can change the following indicators for managing of product processing:

• Frequency of gearbox rotation;
• Steam pressure (and temperature) which is in the working area;
• Steam pressure in steam shirt.
